Jeff Urquhart graduated from Monash University. He has post graduate experience in Paediatrics and Sports Medicine. Jeff  completed the FRACGP qualification in 1994 and has a Masters in Sports Medicine qualification from the Australian Institute of Sport. Jeff has worked in the UK for 12 months and completed the UK general practice requirements for registration.

Jeff currently works part time in general practice and spends the rest of his time as the GP liaison officer for Barwon Health. Jeff also has a part time appointment as clinical assistant in orthopaedic outpatients at Geelong hospital

Jeff has two young daughters (6 and 8) and enjoys cycling, tennis and occasionally tries his skills in the kitchen.
