After Hours
An emergency after hours service is available to patients of this practice. Patients requiring urgent medical attention after hours should ring the practice number ie 5229 0000 and listen carefully to the recorded message. This will provide you with a contact number for the doctor on duty. A fee is charged for after hours visits when our doctors are on duty. Locum Service number 9429 5677.

Home Visits
Home visits are available to patients of this practice when due to a medical condition they are unable to attend the practice. A fee is charged for all home visits.

Telephone Calls
We make every effort for your consultation with the doctor to be uninterrupted. The doctors will take calls between patients or will call you back. Reception staff will advise as to when the doctor is likely to call you back. In the case of an emergency the call will be put through to the doctor immediately.

Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may at times issue you with a reminder notice offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let us know at reception.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation.
We have Eftpos and credit card facilities for your convenience. Pension and Health Care card holders are billed at a reduced rate.

This surgery runs by appointment however urgent matters will be attended to without an appointment, a phone call whenever possible is appreciated.

Some consultations require more time. Some medicals and procedures are performed at certain times of the day. Please advise the receptionist when booking your appointment if it is for something other than a normal consultation.

Examples requiring longer appointments insurance, licence etc and Aged Health Assessments. Please advise receptionist when booking appointment. Long consultations are available if required

On Day Appointments
On Day Appointments are available for patients with acute problems. Please advise staff if you have a medical condition which cannot wait until the next available appointment. Whilst we try to accommodate patients with their usual doctor, it may be necessary for patients with acute problems to see the doctor who is on duty for the day.
