What to do if you have feedback

The health professionals encourage and value your feedback, as it gives them the opportunity to improve their service and your experience.

Feel free to speak to any staff member regarding any complaints or problems you may be experiencing. You will be directed to the appropriate person to speak with.

Written feedback is also welcomed by either letter, email or through our suggestion box in the waiting room.

Several options are available if you wish to take the matter further, including the Medical Complaints Commission
