What to do if you have feedback 

We encourage and value your feedback, which gives us the opportunity to improve our service and your experience.

Feel free to speak to any staff member regarding any complaints or problems you may be experiencing.

Written feedback is also welcomed by either letter, email or through our suggestion box in the waiting room.

Several options are available if you wish to take the matter further, including the Medical Complaints Commission

1800 136 066, the AMA, or AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
