Dr Joanna Ciolpan

General Practitioner

Dr. Joanna Ciolpan graduated Medicine from the University of NSW in 2008. After pursuing further training at The Alfred Hospital, she worked in Adult Medicine in the UK. After returning to Australia, she embarked on additional training in Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Joanna relocated with her husband and young son to Geelong recently to be closer to family.

She is a member of The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine, with a special interest in Women’s Health, Adolescent Health, Paediatrics and Chronic Disease Management.

She has a Diploma of Child Health, through the Sydney Children’s Hospital as well as a Certificate of Women’s Health. She is a qualified as an Implanon inserter.  She has completed six months at Sexual Health Victoria, where she also broadened her experience in Men’s Health and sexual health.

When not at work she can be found spending time with her family at the golf range.
