Jess grew up in Swan Hill, with over ten years of working within the health industry, Jess’s passion is working with you to get the best out of your body. Jess uses thorough assessment, hands-on techniques, plus tailored education and advice to keep you MOVING!

Working in sports clinics and hospitals, as well as with a variety of sports teams, Jess has extensive experience treating clients with pain, musculoskeletal conditions, and balance problems.​

​Jess has a strong interest in sports physiotherapy and has completed her Graduate Certificate In Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. Jess also has a strong passion for chronic pain and women’s Health and is currently working towards gaining extra qualifications in the area of Women’s Health and Pelvic Pain.

While working in Canada, Jess gained valuable experience working with elite athletes and alpine sports. Jess has also toured internationally as a team physiotherapist with a professional Australian/Slovenian Road Series Cycling Team and has worked with International Mountain Bike Riders. Jess previously played and worked with athletes from Bellarine Storm Women’s and Men’s Basketball teams, and has a specialist interest in working with athletes playing basketball and netball. Jess is passionate about reducing injury risk and improving your game through strength and conditioning.

Jess is a certified Netball Physiotherapy Provider.
